Hotel a Bukit Rotan

“Very basic but clean and staff were great. Cycling around the world so appreciated laundromat next door. 10 minute bike ride to restaurants.”

“Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. ”

“Das Innenleben dieses Hotels ist mehr als „in die Tage gekommen“. Außerdem extrem laut, da genau an einer Hauptstraße gelegen und die Fenster keinerlei Lärm dämmen. Keine Empfehlung!”

“Check out time is 12pm ....we went out n came back to room at 11.45am...n the room was locked and we couldn't open it. When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock.”

“The aircon has water leaking, and the aircon cool air direction cannot be adjust and keeps blowing to the face. ”

“The owner asked to text to collect the check in info but don't reply until the next day. The room is barely clean and all furniture are old and dusty. The sofa and carpet were so dirty. The bathroom is molded. It required rm100 deposit to be paid and took 2 days to refund. Worst of all, 2 of my credit cards details being hacked I believe is the WiFi. ”

“Excellent rooms. Clean , modern … All staff exemplary… from moment of arrival to daily from housekeeping , door staff etc … Excellent lounge team in Ezzy, Wendy and team. Great food . ”

“Female receptionist was helpful and overall room was ok, but the toilet was lacking a bit. Had a slight foul smell emanating from the WC, not too bad, but definitely room for improvement”
