“Check in con personale scortese. Internet in stanza a pagamento. Frigo bar vuoto ma acceso e rumoroso. Colazione di scarsissima qualità e povera. Il personale non saluta se non costretto. L’unica cosa positiva è il panorama della stanza che affaccia sul mare.”

“Mjög úrelt hótel með ónýta loftræstingu og mjög mikil reykingarlykt inná herberginu. Myglublettir í loftinu og illa þrifið herbergi. Þjónustulundin ekki sú besta, morgunmaturinn var ekkert spes. Miðað við verðið sem ég borgaði fyrir tvær nætur var þetta mjög lélegt. Eina sem var ágætt var heilsulindin, hún var snyrtilegt og mikið úrval af meðferðum og góð aðstaða. ”

The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. “It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...
