“The room was very clean. I would have appreciated if there was a small chest or drawer I could use to store my clothes while staying. The front desk staff were helpful, but when calling for assistance over the phone, the staff appeared to be bothered and not cheerful to assist.”

“Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

“Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. “Exactly what we needed for a soccer tournament weekend. Clean room, breakfast, close to fields, pool and hot tub. Will be back for the next one.”

“You have to pay for regular parking on the property. When you book this property - know this ! Breakfast is great if it is included - if not - it’s 25.00. Took way too long to get your room - I would not recommend this hotel. Hidden fees !”

“We had an emergency (sick child on the drive from Pa to Florida and needed a place to clean up and get her in bed for the night instead of driving straight through). It was after midnight, most hotels wouldn't let us check in as the new day started. However, the night staff immediately jumped in to help us get a room. Room was clean, staff was great.”

“We appreciated our stay at Homewood Suites. There was plenty of safe parking for $10/day and a lovely wooded hiking trail abutting the property. Everything was super clean in the hotel, breakfasts were fresh and varied and the coffee was great! While you can cook in your room, it would be limited. If planning to, bring a sponge and dish soap! 10-15 minute walk to the metro and about 30 minute ride to the Smithsonian’s in DC. We would stay again if we were in the area!”
