WOW, la casa sul lungolago perfetta - SUNSHINE COVE-- proprietà simile a un resort con vista mozzafiato sul lago e vicinissima all'acqua e alla barca! Perfetto per soggiorni plurifamiliari. Questa casa sul lungomare con 5 camere da letto / 4 bagni completi (posti letto max 12 ... o 14 con letti a castello a partire da settembre 2019) ha tutto con numerosi aggiornamenti! Questo è in affitto per la prima volta in assoluto e pronto per la tua vacanza perfetta.

Porta la tua moto d'acqua (barca o moto d'acqua) e attraccala qui. Marina pubblica da raggiungere a soli 5 minuti di distanza. Vista mozzafiato sul lago. A soli 30 passi dal lago e dal fantastico molo coperto. Perfettamente situato sul lato pubblico (il lato più fresco) con un'incredibile casa galleggiante che comprende un salone coperto con bar, frigorifero full size, TV, WiFi, musica e rilassanti mobili da esterno. Divertiti a saltare giù dal molo in acque profonde nella nostra area di insenatura della zona di non scia (sicura per tutti); eliminando i paddleboard (SUP) o kayak inclusi; pescare al largo del molo; lasciando che i bambini giochino in acque poco profonde o sulla spiaggia privata di sabbia.

Un sacco di spazio esterno include il portico schermato con set da pranzo, un grande ponte con set da pranzo e grill a gas con vista sul patio con tenda da sole, patio di livello inferiore con area coperta + focolare all'aperto - perfetto per arrostire s'mores, e il salotto sulla veranda per ammirare tramonti perfetti. Un sacco di opzioni per mangiare all'aperto e al coperto per gruppi numerosi. Il livello inferiore incl. una perfetta sala TV, videogiochi e cinema con reg. angolo cottura con 2 ° frigorifero, lavello, forno a microonde. Sono disponibili molti giochi all'aperto tra cui il lancio dell'anello, Kan Jam, Jarts e Spike Ball e altro ancora! Attività al coperto incl. ping pong, Wii, un sacco di giochi da tavolo per famiglie. Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort, macchina per caffè / espresso, area bar, grande isola e grande camera familiare adiacente con camino a gas. Internet / WiFi in tutta la casa e dock. 2 enormi TV intelligenti con DirecTV e Netflix inclusi.

Great Family Stay

House was clean, boat dock was a great size for fishing and the boat as well as for the kids to swim. The layout of rooms was great to give adults separation for some quiet time! The owners were very responsive and super friendly. Would definitely stay again! Just make sure you have a broom handy to sweep off all the spiderwebs!

Responsive Owner, Nice Property, Lots of Rules

Property is well equipped for time on the lake and hosting meals at home. We had some issues with the property regarding cleanliness, broken toilet and some minor broken items. Owner was responsive to all. Based on other places we rented, we found the rules extensive and be prepared for the owner to remind you multiple times of the rules before and during your stay. Also be prepared to give personal details of your guests, to make your own beds, clean the floors, pack all linens and towels for the cleaners and coordinate directly with housecleaner. For us, it took away from the holiday experience.

Great Multi Family Stay on the Lake in Fall

Three families with 5 kiddos enjoyed all this waterfront property had to offer. Two of the brave ones even jumped in the lake! The ninja line and sand pit were hits! Parents enjoyed being able to relax on the deck and watch kiddos from above. I bet this house is amazing in the summer months!

Awesome house on the lake

Fantastic lake house at LKA

This is a great house with great amenities on a great little no wake cove. We loved it. The house itself is clean and well kept with more than enough room for 8 of us (6 adults + 2 teens). The basement ping pong and other games entertained us thru the week. Plenty of eating area inside and out. But the dock is the star. Fifty feet at most from the house. Awesome space to hang out, swim, have a beer (if that’s your thing:), relax and read a book, or take out the boat (gotta rent your own). And the provided kayaks and SUPs were very nice and easy to use with the small beach area. The no wake cove was very relaxing and safe for everyone to swim around. If there were any minor quibbles, the AC in the main floor bedrooms was a little weak with bedroom doors closed (but totally manageable) and the grill probably needs a deep clean after a summer of use, but seriously these are MINOR quibbles. We would happily stay here again and are already plotting how to make that work for next summer. A wonderful house. Thank you!

Great Hosts

We had a great time at the property. The house is a great fit for our family. The hosts are very responsive and message back very promptly if you were to have any questions. We have so much fun at the dock swimming and using paddleboards. There is the boat rental very close by also if you are looking into renting a boat. The sandy beach area is great for our kids that are in the 6-9 year old range. We had a great stay!

Wonderful Lake House

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at Sunshine Cove, Lake Anna! Megan and Dan are excellent hosts and were easy to communicate with any questions or information about the home. The home is well appointed and very comfortable for our family thanksgiving. Excellent location with a great dock area and beautiful views of the lake! I highly recommend Sunshine Cove if you're looking to stay on Lake Anna!

Fabulous Holiday Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Sunshine Cove. The property was wonderful - clean, well-stocked, comfortable, nicely decorated and a good layout for multiple families. We spent the majority of our time at the dock swimming, floating, kayaking, fishing and watching football. I would highly recommend, and we will be back for sure. Thanks for hosting us Dan & Megan.

Amazing location and boathouse!

The house was laid out perfectly. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. The boathouse was roomy and allowed us to have 2 boats and 2 jet skis for the week. We spent everyday there…swimming, kayaking, and just jumping in the water. Nice quite cove but less than a minute to the open lake. House was very clean and suited our family perfectly. Thank you for having us!

Another fabulous stay!

My fourth stay at Sunshine Cove and we still love it! We rented a boat for most of our time there and as we looked at other houses on the lake we kept saying over and over how ideal "our" dock was in comparison to the others we saw. Already looking to book again :)

Great house on the lake

This was our 4th time staying at this house. It is the perfect house for our family. Walk down to the lake is an easy walk for my 80 year old parents. The new steps to climb out of the lake was a great improvement. They are more like steps instead of the ladder they use to have. House is always clean and has everything we need. Megan and Dan always respond to any questions we have quickly. Already booked for summer of 2024!

Great place to stay! We loved all the room on the boat dock. The home and property was well maintained and clean. Plus the use of the kayaks and paddle boards were a great feature also. We’re hoping to make it back again next year we enjoyed it that much!

Life at the lake

Lovely property and home. We enjoyed lounging on the dock and with an 8 mo old baby with us it was a nice protected area for him to crawl around. We adults especially liked the bar and fridge to keep our snacks and beverages in. We only wish the rack holding the water vessels wouldn’t have been on the beach. We have four grandchildren who wanted to play in the sand and that was in the way. We loved the screened in porch and the rec room in the basement. If we would have known how private it was we would have brought the kid’s bikes. The only complaint we would have is the barking dog next door and the bugs on the outside of the patio door. Other than that, and the couple days of rain ☔️ 😩 we had a wonderful time!!!!

Spring break

Had a wonderful time with kids and grandkids over spring break (they're teachers). Weather was unseasonably warm this time of year so we really got to enjoy the boathouse and kayaks. The owners have all the bells and whistles outside. Thought of all the details ... which our Type A family fully appreciated. Everyone loved it!

Beautiful stay

We live a few hours away from Lake Anna and have never been before so we decided to make a long weekend stay and we’re not disappointed! The house was spacious for our family of seven and had plenty of things to do. We weren’t able to enjoy the dock too much as the weather was cold but we did get to try a little fishing and hang out on the dock. We had a blast playing each other in ping pong and sitting by the fireplace. We plan on returning in the summer!

We had a group of 6 adults. Property was wonderful and located in a fabulous community. Private and secure. All house amenities were as described and we enjoyed our time immensely. Beds were comfortable in the rooms that we used and the kitchen is stocked with anything you may need!

Amazing property!

We loved our weekend away at this property! The house was well furnished, beds super comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed. The dock and view by the water was perfect from morning peaceful coffee watching the bald eagles hunt to the afternoon with kids paddle boarding and fishing. Location for parking a boat from the nearby marina (5min away) to explore all of lake Anna was also just ideal. Thank you and we’ll for sure be back!

Family Lake Vacation

NJ meets Lake Anna

We stumbled upon Lake Anna in a last minute search for a waterfront getaway within 5-6 hours from NJ. We were pleasantly surprised with Sunshine Cove and Lake Anna, VA. This property provided us with waterfront relaxation, water sports and activities for all 8 of us including 4 early teen boys, non-stop fun and floating around our cove and fishing. I highly recommend renting a boat, jet ski or access to a canoe/kayak, because this lake offers so much for your group to explore. The water is warm, clean and very calm. The house can easily fit 12 people and was very comfortable for our group. We can't wait to come back and explore more of Lake Anna.
