"The location was very far from Bunbury centre but the main issue was cleanliness of the property. Looked like I hadn't been vacuumed in a long time! Also the fold out couch in the lounge room is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, very difficult to sleep on."

"The communal coffee station, would be nice if a little round table and a couple of chairs could be placed alongside the wall! To have a cup of coffee and eat your toast! Love the indoor garden area. Jade was extremely helpful, thank you. Noticed along the floors in the toilets, this hasn’t been completed. ..."

Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay
"Great location and spacious rooms. The hotel has become run down and doesn’t have the sparkling appeal it used to have. Not having a gym or passes to one will affect future stays for me. But it’s still the best in Bunbury."
