“Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police.
Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out.
Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD.
When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the...

“Upon arrival, there was nowhere to park, even on the street, so I phoned up to be told the location of the car park - Cnr York & Parramatta Rd BTW! The staff were all very friendly and helpful though, and I was told explicitly no smoking in my room. At dinner, I nearly took my eye out, lifting myself up on a high stool and hitting my head on the corner of a high narrow shelf. Lower tables here would be much safer! My meal was great! There was a 21st on, so it was very noisy in the bar, but...

“Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc.
Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc
Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...
