“Staff was super helpful & friendly, shuttles were convenient, location close to Universal, everything about our stay was lovely. The only things worth a mention is the overpowering perfume/air freshener spray smell in lobby through our stay and the pillows on bed weren’t the best.. the beds were decent though! ”

“We stayed for 3 nights and everything was top notch from beginning to end. When we arrived with the airport shuttle, we were dropped off at the front door, which was very nice. We were greeted every time we left and returned. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean. Excellent stay!”

“They don’t do housekeeping everyday which is terrible for the price and also they charge you for the parking even if is not a valet parking one, that’s an abuse…”
