The lobby doors are perpetually LOCKED and there is no sign to direct customers to the side office window. There is No Breakfast as advertised, however, there is Free parking. The room was clean: the bed was soft, the sofa was so old & worn, & soft that I couldn't get up off of it. No clocks, no microwave. The towels were rough and had holes in them. The shower head...

“The refrigerator made a loud noise the whole time. Made it a little hard to sleep. The breakfast was only coffee, no food of any kind.”

“Scelto perché il prezzo sembrava contenuto ed estremamente comodo per la nostra visita ai WB Studios, la colazione offerta é stata estremamente gradevole, il letto comodissimo e la stanza graziosa. Facendo un breve tragitto a piedi si raggiungevano piccoli centri commerciali e locali di ristoro vari, ma non proprio turistici, per cui si respirava un’atmosfera ben diversa da quella caotica che ci si aspetta a Los Angeles. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro pur rientrando a piedi in serata. ”
