“Nice property nothing fancy”

“Shower in cottage is quite small. My husband, who is small, felt cramped. Cabin itself is also very small. Sunset over the lake was probably the best we’ve ever seen. ”

At the time of booking, there was no indication that the pool was out of service or that the gym was closed. These are important amenities, and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure that such information is clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation. “Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“First room we were given had hair in the sheets,dirty desk chair and broken tv. We went right back to the front desk requesting a room change. Second room had hair all over the bathroom door, broken phone and alarm clock. A/C was noisy and could barely cool the room. Hallways and stairs were also dirty. Expedia says they offer a free continental breakfast but there was nothing. Would not recommend!”

“The Hampton Bayfront was in a convenient location for my visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The beer garden at the Hampton had a large outdoor space which was a great space for a group.”

“The room was clean and had all of the basics that you would need…. Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, in room safe and a heating/cooling unit that worked well. We were on the third floor and it was quiet… No road noise and no loud people. The free breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful. We definitely would stay there again!”
