“Although the property is very close to the interstate highway and our room faced the highway, once the door was closed there was very little noise. Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. There was a minimal free breakfast available--coffee, danish, cereal, and bananas. I only saw one staff person doing the check-in, cleaning the rooms, etc. She was very friendly and helpful. “This property was just what I needed for a three night stay with a reasonable price. The room was clean, and had comfortable beds, if you like a softer bed. The room had a small kitchenette and refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well once I figured out which buttons to push. The motel had close proximity to a public beach area. I will stay again. ”

“For the 3 of us, it was great. We enjoyed the Presque isle hiking trails, kayaking and boat tour spread out over 3 days. Local meadery was a nice find. Campfire Friday and Saturday nights. Place was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen, we did one load of laundry, nice to go back with clean clothes.”

“For our family, this is the best place we’ve stayed in Erie. The location is perfect for what we like to do. The owner is so responsive to any questions. The place is so clean…. I feel at home the minute I walk in. My 99 year old father-in-law says he remembers the place and would love to live there! North East is such a friendly town….we enjoy it so much. Can’t wait for next year!!!”

“Booked this property to watch the 2024 solar eclipse (more than 2 years advance!) and it did not disappoint! Beyond the fact that it was the perfect size for my group (7 adults), very clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, the best part of this property by far is the views!! I highly recommend this property - the property manager is great, was a great value, and it was the perfect setting for witnessing the total eclipse - an experience I’ll never forget!”

“Me and my now fiancée stayed here for a weekend Valentine’s trip to wine country, the location is excellent, right in between tons of wineries, plenty of great food/restaurants and still on a quiet street just outside of town. The house was stocked with anything you need outside of your personal items. Overall a very nice little place to stay in that area!”
