“We loved that the house had an open concept. We could all be together as a family whether you were in the kitchen, living room or dining room. The new patio where we spent most of our time has a large table that accommodated all of us for eating our meals and playing games. It also provided us with a shaded area during that very hot week. Our family had an amazing week at Birchwood cottage and will definitely come back. Thanks Drew!”

“We had a wonderful week at this home with all of our family and friends. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. Our only thought would be a bigger dock for a large group, it was rather small for all of us. We all enjoyed the windows overlooking the lake in all of the bedrooms. We used and enjoyed the water toys too. We will definitely be back!”

“The condo was nice and clean. The view of the lake was amazing. The condo was well supplied no need to bring anything. There were clean bedding, towels and kitchen was well stocked. ”

“Clean, well-kept and spacious. Easy check-in.”

“We had a great week at the property. Early June so the weather was still cool and the lake COLD! We wanted a week of relaxed time to read and be together. It was perfect. The cottage was well equipped. We loved the covered deck where we could hang out even in the rain looking over the lake. The only negative was a soft King bed, and no instructions as to where the washer and dryer were located. We hunted around and finally found it in the basement which was only accessible from outside....

“An amazing quiet location right on the lake. Very welcoming and clean. We really enjoined our stay! Highly recommend it! We’ll be visiting again!”

“This is a perfect location on Seneca Lake. The proximity to wineries and also places to get things to eat are great. We’ve been here before and have returned and enjoyed it both times. The hot tub in the backyard is wonderful and the access to the lake is great.”

“The kids loved the game room and the puzzles and games available. The house was very clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is a very good size and there is a spacious living room with a comfy couch. ”

“We had a nice 2 night mid-week stay. The location was perfect - right outside Watkins Glen State Park and still an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on the way to the lake. No complaints about the place, it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. ”
