“La stanza ed il bagno sono ottimi, tenuti bene puliti, lenzuola e guanciali profumati, tutto questo spiega il giudizio positivo, anche la colazione merita più della sufficienza. Tutto questo viene mortificato da: - accoglienza pessima - porte aperte su ripostigli in disordine - cuccia per il cane a fianco del banco della reception, noi amiamo gli animali, ma la convivenza con loro deve essere una scelta non un'imposizione. - un sorriso, a costo zero, neanche a pagarlo oro - moquette sdrucita...

“Got a double room with extra sofa bed not on the main building (20 m away on a separate house). Room extremely small for 3 people (no space at all to move around) while bathroom with good shower. Dogs hair all around the room (from previous guest???) and even bedlinens with holes…. Breakfast just average. Parking on the front street (if lucky to find as we did). Small pictoresque village along the Rhein. Absolutely too expensive (around 140 €) for the kind of hotel, room and location”

“L’hotel si trova su una verde collina e dalle stanze offre un panorama interessante. Le stanze sono spaziose e l’arredamento é di buon gusto anche se un po retro. La colazione é abbondante e servita in una ambia sala. Il personale non sempre parla inglese”

“das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht. 89,80 € für ein Zimmer wo man sich am Tisch ( Holzbrett an der Wand) vorbei drängen muß das man ins Bett gehen kann. Außer Tisch und Stuhl war nur das Bett als abstellfläche vorhanden. Dusche konnte die Wassertemperatur nicht geregelt werden. Fernseher war nur nach langemsuchen ein Programm zu finden. Alles andere war ohne Beanstandung. Hätte das Zimmer 50,-€ gekostet wären diese Unannehmlichkeiten ärgerlich gewesen aber so. Personal und Bewirtung ist...

“Ich war mit meinem Freund für 2 Nächte im Contel Hotel Koblenz. Das Hotel ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen! Wir hatten ein Komfort-Doppelzimmer. Das klimatisierte Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Bad ebenfalls und sehr modern. Zudem ist alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ob Reinigungskräfte, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption oder auch beim Frühstück. “We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!”

“Only stayed one night when visiting the area with a family member. We had a friendly greeting and our host spoke English. It’s a pet friendly hotel as we had a small dog with us. The mattress and quality of the bedding were superb as was the Prija soap in the loo. Breakfast available for €18 but there is a bakery nearby (closed Wednesdays) for a cheaper option. Quiet area in a quaint village. Wifi did not work in the rooms only lobby area. ”

“Very nice hotel in a quiet environment. The whole property is nicely decorated. Especially at night the scenery is beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. I also recommend the restaurant for dinner. Good parking availability. Staff is very friendly. Only minor: the WIFI in my room was unstable. Otherwise: very warmly recommended. I was there for business purpose, but would definitely consider to stay there with the family. Especially kids will love this place too.”
