“La stanza ed il bagno sono ottimi, tenuti bene puliti, lenzuola e guanciali profumati, tutto questo spiega il giudizio positivo, anche la colazione merita più della sufficienza.
Tutto questo viene mortificato da:
- accoglienza pessima
- porte aperte su ripostigli in disordine
- cuccia per il cane a fianco del banco della reception, noi amiamo gli animali, ma la convivenza con loro deve essere una scelta non un'imposizione.
- un sorriso, a costo zero, neanche a pagarlo oro
- moquette sdrucita...

“Got a double room with extra sofa bed not on the main building (20 m away on a separate house). Room extremely small for 3 people (no space at all to move around) while bathroom with good shower.
Dogs hair all around the room (from previous guest???) and even bedlinens with holes….
Breakfast just average. Parking on the front street (if lucky to find as we did). Small pictoresque village along the Rhein. Absolutely too expensive (around 140 €) for the kind of hotel, room and location”

“Bellissimo soggiorno. Ottimo Hotel per visitare comodamente i Castelli del Reno da Colonia/Coblenza a Mainz, quelli della Mosella e del Lahn.
Camere spaziose, abbondante breakfast e ottima cena. Qualità/prezzo eccellente.”

“L’hotel si trova su una verde collina e dalle stanze offre un panorama interessante. Le stanze sono spaziose e l’arredamento é di buon gusto anche se un po retro. La colazione é abbondante e servita in una ambia sala. Il personale non sempre parla inglese”

“2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Lahnsteiner Brauerei.”

“das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht.
89,80 € für ein Zimmer wo man sich am Tisch ( Holzbrett an der Wand) vorbei drängen muß das man ins Bett gehen kann.
Außer Tisch und Stuhl war nur das Bett als abstellfläche vorhanden.
Dusche konnte die Wassertemperatur nicht geregelt werden.
Fernseher war nur nach langemsuchen ein Programm zu finden.
Alles andere war ohne Beanstandung.
Hätte das Zimmer 50,-€ gekostet wären diese Unannehmlichkeiten ärgerlich gewesen aber so.

“Beautiful hotel with great bath house ”

“We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!”
