“Clean and nice room. Breakfast was lacking. The food was wiped out with very few options available.”

“I showed up with my son afrter 10 hrs of driving and the middle eastern man at the front desk put us in a room that had bugs and dirt all over the sheets. There were holes in the walls also. When I told him about it he did put us in a cleaner room. The pool is empty as well. The property also double charged for the room and now trying to charge me a 3rd time. Very shady place and I don’t ever say this but I’d never stay here again”

“Clean room, free parking, normal breakfast. The outside of the hotel was nice and well taken care of. Felt like a safe area.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”

“Stayed for one night in June 2026. Lady who checked us in was super nice. Room was great. AC was wonderful, shower pressure was amazing. Even the mini fridge worked well. Stopped at the breakfast station on the way out, it looked the standard setup.”

“The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. The room itself was large, very clean, with a mini kitchen should it be necessary, and a single serve coffee pot was available. The bathroom was very clean, great...

“I would never recommend or stay here. Expedia should not have them listed. If zero stars was an option, that is what this place should have. The room smelled of cigarettes when I requested a non-smoking room. The blankets and towels were stained and with cigarette burn holes. The AC knob was broken so we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. The glass window was cracked and taped instead of fixed. The sink in the bathroom had old water b/c it wouldn’t drain even before we first arrived....

“OK… I am not a super stuffy person… but this super eight was not great! A lot of construction workers I think stay here for lengthy amounts of time and there was a lot going on outside the rooms.. Inside, there was just a lot of stuff that they definitely could clean better like the lights had cobwebs and were falling apart in places there was a lot of dings in the wall that needed repainted the refrigerator had no freezer which we needed a freezer for our ice packs for my husband‘s diabetic...
