“The front desk person seemed overwhelmed between checking us in and answering phones. He came off as rude and was short with his engagement. I work in customer service and this behavior would never be tolerated at my work. I wasn’t demanding or rude so there was no reason for him to be that way towards me.”

“We came in at the airport , went to the pick up spot an NOBODY answered the phone despite multiple attempts.”

“Overall, my stay was mixed. The room was somewhat noisier than I expected, and the restaurant prices felt quite high. Shuttle service was also difficult to find and not very convenient, so I’d recommend using Uber if you want a smoother experience.”

“Unfortunately, our stay fell short in several areas. 1. The restroom near the pool was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell, which made it impossible for us to use the pool at all. This should be a basic standard for any hotel. 2. During breakfast, I asked the waitress to microwave a cup of milk for my son, and she told me they would charge a fee just to do that.
