“The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. “Good position and parking. Great welcome from the employees at the pub in the afternoon. But we found a lot of hairs in the shower and some around the room, good temperature but not good cleaning, also the mugs for tea were dirty from previous usage. No lift. The waitress at the breakfast probably hates her job, was quite cold and served a very burned toast, at my request to change it the reply was simply that wasn't possible.”
