Avalon Paradise is a place for you to retreat, relax and revive yourself.
Only 6 miles to the Creation Museum. Lots of attractions like The Ark, Turfway Racing and Casino and Close to the Best restaurants. Washington Post, Tousey’s, Texas Road House, Rafferty’s, Twin Peaks, Cracker Barrel, Golden Wok and many more.

It is a mini-retreat especially designed for you to come with family or friends to renew your love of life. Sit and gaze at the stunning view from the patio take some time for you! Don't want to go out? There is everything you need, and a game room to enjoy Your time!

Great location and very clean!

This was the perfect location for our stay. It was close to the CVG airport, creation museum and Ark! Very clean and perfect for any ages. My 6 and 8 year old loved the game room. The communication, cleanliness and check in/out process was a 10/10. Would definitely Etsy here again if we are back in the area.

Kentucky get away

The house is as listed with lots of extra perks to make it feel homey. The only thing we did not realize was the bedroom downstairs, you have to go through it to get to the game room/patio. We did have an issue with the A/C the owner got it rectified immediately. I will say i have used vrbo and this is the 1st time i felt as if i was staying in someone's home meaning they made it apparent to clean not damage etc throughout the stay. I also received a lot of messages/txts daily anout where to go etc when i did t reply i was texted about it. This was extremely odd for me i try to unplug on vacay and not be on my phone and yes the suggestions where nice but i dont feel i need to reply daily to you as i am renting a home not using a friends place. I was sent the cleaning/exiting procedures so many times i spent my last night cleaning for over 4 hours just to be told our cleaner did not mention you cleaned anything?! So the place is nice, i was taken aback by the overwhelming need to be told what to do the whole trip. Also, side note, it is located very close to an airport, the planes come and go all day/night which can be heard very well inside the home.

Nice neighborhood & good layout

We found the house very clean and laid out nicely with the necessities. Home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near parks and not far from shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room to spread out.

Amazing Time At Avalon Paradise

We had an amazing time! The house was extremely clean, and everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t believe all the “extras” that were included, including soaps/shampoos, hair dryers, etc. Everyone loved the game room, and the proximity to the Creation Museum and Ark was a major benefit. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay here again, and you should too!

Graduation trip

Traveled from Florida for our Grandson's graduation. House was close to my Daughter. Wow, what a Great Place! We couldn't have found a more accommodating home to stay in. Had everything we needed. Good Family Time

The house provided all that we needed to simply enjoy each other away from the busyness of life back home. All our needs were met. We especially enjoyed the game room. It gave us some good but private time to just laugh & enjoy each other.

Family Get Together

This location is a halfway point for us to meet up with family. The house is perfect. There was plenty of space and plenty for 4 boys (ages 12-15) to do. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

Great home for a group

We visited with some friends and wanted some place close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We were pleased to see that the local town was very festive during Christmas and there was a huge light display just down the street from us. We enjoyed our planned sites as well as the town of Burlington.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great stay here! There is a park close by with great walking trails and nice playground equipment. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were quick to respond to us. If we are in the area another time, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

great spot for Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

Property was clean and well managed, with consistent and timely communication from property manager. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to groceries -- and 10 mins to museum and easy 30 min drive to Ark. Had two kids under 10 with us and they really enjoyed the small game room.

Perfect for large group or family

We booked this house because it was extremely convenient to a nearby wedding venue and it worked out perfectly for bridal party overnight stay. Beautiful large home with plenty of space. Hosts were wonderful as well.

Great Property!

The house was extremely clean. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The hosts were fantastic! I would definitely recommend this property if you are in the area to visit Creation Museum and Ark Encounter.
