Hotel con piscina a Burlington

“The room was extremely clean as was the hotel in general. We are accustomed to hotels, providing shampoo, conditioner, etc., and that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, the complementary Wi-Fi was not existent, and if your cellular carrier is AT&T, that was also nonexistent within the hotel.”

“We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“Stated 2 nights, requested the room be cleaned , new towels. Was assured this would be done , by evening, it was not and only got excuses. So tired of post covid crap!”
