“This property feels more like a wedding and event venue than a motel or a place to spend a relaxing day. The view is absolutely stunning, and the owner (or staff member who assisted us) was very kind and welcoming. The location is also excellent, as it is close to Champlain Centre and only about 8 minutes from the falls, making it very convenient for visitors. “Staff was helpful and nice, but I had to wait about 10mins to check-in as no one was at the desk at 10pm.
Room was big but felt old and not well maintained. We had holes in our blanket, an awkwardly placed toilet with a weak flush, a shower with slides doors that almost came off, and noise from the plastic fitter of the air conditioning that kept smacking in the night from wind.
Overall, we didn’t find any dirt or grime, but the property felt extremely dated and fragile in spots.”

“Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. Loved there was a personal shower head. Everything was clean and well maintained.
