“am giving this hotel a very bad rating. They did not reimburse us at all, even though our child was very sick. We were already in Boston and were supposed to check in, but we had to take him to the emergency room. We have all the documents, but they didn’t take any of it into consideration, and they didn’t compensate us in any way.”

“The property was under a bit of construction so it was not too clean and lobby got a bit cramped. The room is a bit on the small side for holiday inn express, shower hot/cold was swapped, shower water pressure too small. The AC auto is the same as lo fan setting causing it to blow cold air onto the bed the entire night. We had to cover it with a towel nightly to mitigate. Old towels removed, but no new towels provided if no room service. Just a bunch of small things making our stay not quite...
