“The staff were very friendly and helpful. All around a great hotel for an amazing price. They provided a free shuttle to and from lahey hospital also a free shuttle to drop you at neighbouring shopping areas and picked you up. The room was very clean and smelt fresh! It was convenient to have the buffet breakfast; that was included in the price. The front desk wound arrange a driver to take you to the airport if you required.”

“The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, my experience overall was disappointing. The bathroom shower/glass area was very dirty and stained, and the mattress was uneven, extremely soft, and uncomfortable. I slept very poorly because of it. What bothered me the most was the checkout situation.
