When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. “The property was under a bit of construction so it was not too clean and lobby got a bit cramped. The room is a bit on the small side for holiday inn express, shower hot/cold was swapped, shower water pressure too small. The AC auto is the same as lo fan setting causing it to blow cold air onto the bed the entire night. We had to cover it with a towel nightly to mitigate. Old towels removed, but no new towels provided if no room service. Just a bunch of small things making our stay not quite...
