“All fine. Nice and comfortable rooms”

“The room was perfect for our needs. The staff that was there for check in was amazing. Parking for check in was not ideal. There was very limited parking to check in. We were able to take the skywalk to Casey's Center. Which is exactly what we needed.”

“Inconvenient parking (garage has been closed "for years" we were told) and lots of traffic noise. Rooms was clean but needs updating.”

“Nice clean rooms. Elevators didn’t work when we arrived so we had to drag all our luggage up to 4th floor. Nevertheless 1/2 hour later elevators were operational.”

“The hotel is in a good location. However, the breakfast has very few options and is bad quality. The bathroom need to have more amenities and the TV could have more channels that we don't have to pay for .”

“Everything was fine. I didn’t have breakfast with my reservation. The parking is a bit far away and the valet is a third-party company and they don’t seem to be well-versed on giving directions or even general assistance. One of the hotel managers was extremely helpful, however trying to help bridge the staff’s lack of knowledge with the parking situation”
