Hotel vicino a Burns United Methodist Church - Des Moines

“We agreed this was one of our favorite hotels we have stayed in! The room size felt functional, large and luxurious. We especially loved the window sills in our room, to kinda sit and be able to watch what was going on downtown. Walkable to everything you could need, amazing decor throughout the entire hotel, and the breakfast selection was great. Loved this stay so much!”

“All fine. Nice and comfortable rooms”

“Esperienza molto deludente sia per il nome dell'albergo e per il prezzo per notte! Scarsissima pulizia e servizio della stanza con solo cambio delle asciugamani e niente altro.”

“Breakfast has good options. But if you see the staff person bringing out a cart to fill anything, assume you will be waiting and waiting and waiting to get anything from that area. She put everything in one by one and then stayed in the way stiring things and wiping”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close to the arena we were going to. Bath/bathroom had a little mold, the first light when we entered was flickering then turned off. Overall wasn’t terrible but just a few little things that added up.”

“Tv don't working Elevator out of service for 4 hours because under maintenance The water shower was cold Shuttle to the airport is not free The food was cold and terrible taste The restaurant was closed The housekeeping service is great ”

“Short staffed. Rooms weren’t cleaned for three days and nights in a row. No clean towels delivered. Twice asked for clean rooms and towels. Nothing. Unacceptably bad.”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Very cute kid friendly hotel! We would recommend and stay there again!”

“Love the Bar and Restaurant also the Rooms were perfect with great staff in all locations.”

“Great stay likes always”

“Great room. Big bathroom to get ready in. Pool and hot tub were ao so clean and had plenty of towels even at night. The breakfast bar was set up nicely, clean and had lots of options. It’s also right next to the outlet mall which is great! The beds feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud.”

“just stay one night and everything was great”

“This is our second time staying and we will return each time we are flying in/out of Des Moines. Staff are always attentive, the rooms are always clean, and the amenities are great. There is a game room for kids, which is nice. The morning breakfast has great options far beyond the basics. Both times we have stayed. There has been a nice man who clearly takes pride in keeping up with the breakfast room by restocking, keeping it clean and chatting with guests.”

“Food was not good. Everywhere your food is the same with tacos”

“Everything was perfect. WILL be back!”
