“Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Quick to Respond to queries. ”

“Our stay was great and so clean. Communication with our host was excellent and we greatly appreciate everything. It was quiet area and peaceful before our flight out. It’s about 20 minutes from the Edinburgh airport and reserve a taxi in advance transportation in the morning if came in on public transportation. ”

“It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. Also I want to appreciate the host whose response was too quick. I was struggling with key to open and he advise me within a sec…....

“Eight of us stayed in this home for one night. The home was impeccable and roomy, which is what we needed on our last night of vacation. If there is one drawback, it is that the home is located a few miles from the city center and, for us, not a walkable distance. But other than that, all in our group recommended this home. ”

“We enjoyed this nice townhouse! Carina and Karen were very helpful. Our flight arrived early and they were kind enough to let us put our things while they were cleaning the place and we went to nearby Sainsbury's to shop for basics(that has pretty much everything you need) and also they let us check- in earlier than our time. That was a great blessing after the flight!! We were there from July 29th to early hours of Aug 8th. We were able to walk to the Royal Mile, sometimes it was a bit hard...

"Decisamente un ottimo hotel: check in e check out molto veloci, personale gentile, camera grande e pulita. Unica stranezza … il bagno in ingresso alla camera. Situato in ottima posizione vicino alle attrazioni principali. Il ristorante sottostante veramente ottimo ! "

"Sono dispiaciuto ma non consiglio questa esperienza a nessuno. Molto sporco con parti rotte e molto vecchio. gestito malissimo. Lenzuola corte letto letto che non coprivano il materasso, ed ho anche abiti reazioni cutanee sulle braccia e spalle probabilmente a causa del contatto con il materasso sporco! La piscina ancora più sporca!"

"Siamo stati in famiglia in questo albergo a Edimburgo. Subito siamo stati accolti da Adriana una ragazza italiana molto simpatica e gentilissima. Punti forti, piscina sauna e palestra che tutte le sere abbiamo utilizzato. Camera spaziosa pulita e silenziosissima. Comodissimo il tram di fronte che in 15 minuti ti porta al centro. Per finire una buonissima colazione con tutto e di più. Dolce e salato. Albergo super consigliato per chi và a Edimburgo. Naturalmente un saluto e un grazie ad Adriana per i suoi consigli "
