“AC was not working. Called the front desk about the problem, and he asks me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting, I walked up to the front desk to complain and he informs that the room was not occupied for a while so the AC would take some time to get started and asks to wait 10 more minutes, which I do. “This motel was the perfect stop over for a concert at ArtPark and a day trip to the falls/Canada. Overall the property is clean, easy to find, and reasonably maintained, I especially appreciate the clear communications we received leading up to check in and easy parking. The river view and restaurant t right across the street were a big bonus! The property was indeed clean, but the bathroom fan and wall AC unit needed a deep cleaning to clear dust, mold and debris.
