This lovely home is conveniently located just a short 100-meter stroll from the picturesque Abbey Beach and within easy reach of the Vasse shopping area and Monaghan's corner shops.

Spacious Accommodations: The house features three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. You'll find two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a single bed, accommodating various group dynamics.
Relaxing Living Areas: Unwind in one of our two living areas, each boasting a large TV for your entertainment needs. Whether you're watching a movie or enjoying some quiet reading time, these spaces are designed for relaxation.
Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining: Our kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and dining. The adjacent dining area provides a cozy spot to enjoy your meals!

Enclosed Yards: Both the front and back yards are fully enclosed, offering a safe and private space for children to play or for enjoying outdoor meals.
Outside Shower: After a day at the beach, rinse off in our convenient outside shower.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
