Goditi una vacanza romantica o viaggia con tutta la famiglia, compresi i tuoi amici a quattro zampe! Rilassati nella spa o siediti accanto al fuoco e goditi un bicchiere di rosso mentre i bambini giocano nella stanza dei giocattoli o saltano sul trampolino! Questa è una graziosa villetta tranquilla con un bellissimo giardino, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla città di Dunsborough e 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. 3 camere da letto, master con letto matrimoniale e ampio bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. Camera da letto al piano superiore (chiusa) con letto matrimoniale e letti a castello. Una terza camera da letto più piccola al piano inferiore con letti a castello e una culla. Secondo bagno al piano di sotto. Sala giochi separata completamente attrezzata con tv, giocattoli e libri. Favoloso spazio all'aperto con riscaldamento e tavolo da pranzo. Adatto ai bambini con babygate opzionale nella zona soppalcata. Riscaldamento e aria condizionata con forno a legna, forno per pizze, wifi gratuito, netflix, cucina completamente attrezzata, macchina da caffè, barbecue, trampolino, altalena / parco giochi, DVD, seggiolone, lavatrice e asciugatrice e giochi per bambini. Il giardino è recintato e i cani sono ammessi a discrezione del proprietario. Lenzuola e asciugamani possono essere noleggiati per un costo totale di $ 40 per prenotazione. Spese di pulizia di $ 110 per ogni prenotazione. Adatto a famiglie e coppie. Nessun abbandono scolastico o eventi per favore e almeno un ospite deve avere più di 21 anni. Non fumatore.

Great place to stay, central to everything in Dunsborough and only a couple of streets from the beach. The house was cosy and warm with the wood fire, which made the rainy winter weather more bearable. Lots of toys and games for the kids. Air hockey was a bonus and got well used. Tamazin was very helpful.

Peaceful getaway

We had a great time with our kids here, this place is in the perfect location, close to town, down the road from the Beach, we hardly used the car while we were there. Kids loved the sneaky short cut out the back to town. The kids / toy room was awesome to keep them entertained and give us parents a bit of a break and quiet time, it had all the amenities you need.

Beautiful property, really loved the décor. Had everything we needed, the weather was woeful but the fully equipped toy room kept my Grand daughter very well entertained. Would definitely recommend

Awesome little house

Lovely property and would be amazing for family's with children but the caves road behind the house is very busy and is quite noisy so does impact the solitude a little , but no impact of safety as the front access road is a quite little cul de sac

Great family house

Great house and location! Kids loved the garden, and the dog was very content. Comfy beds, great amenities and playroom was a huge win for the kids. Great location to the town and walk to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

Great Dunsborough Holiday Spot

Really enjoyed our stay with family (adult children, grandson & our dog) in this great holiday house. The only negative is more about previous guests ... some dirty saucepans and crockery that you can't expect a cleaner to have found. You would expect guests to clean thoroughly after use. Not that we let that spoil our break away! Beds were extra comfy and facilities extensive. Loved the coffee maker too.

Perfect location

A beautiful spot for a holiday. Communication with the owner was excellent, location of the property was fantastic, a short walk to the town centre and the beach. House was very clean and the added extras were brilliant, especially if you have children . Would definitely stay at this property again.

Location was perfect. House was very clean. Lots of added extras like the bikes, coffee machine, spa, trampoline and the extra TV with Netflix. Beds comfortable. Easy access to home and communication. Some noise from traffic on Caves Road when out the back but didn’t notice for sleeping.

Amazing stay for families with young children

Excellent communication with owner, great location, close to the beach and town Centre, nice quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful spa and fireplace! Excellent Family Friendly Stay

This is our second stay at the Spa Cottage. Absolutely love this place for its proximity to town and the beach, fully decked out with everything needed for a baby and toddler, amazing toy room which our toddler loved, and excellent and prompt communication with the host. Amazing Holiday

Our family had a great stay in the dunsborough house it had everything we needed and was so close to the beach and town. With a great play room for the kids as well. Tamazin was a great host and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this house to anyone can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for young kids and adults alike

We had a wonderful time at the house. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, and really has everything needed for a comfortable stay (including coffee machine!) Our kids (4 and 2) LOVED the playroom and swings/trampoline outside. The bottle of wine on arrival was also a lovely gesture. The location is great - 10-15minute drive to lovely wineries and beaches, and Simmos is just 5min! I had a couple of questions during our stay and Tamazin was always quick and friendly in her response. The only tiny gripe I have is with the dining table - it’s pretty uncomfortable to sit at, especially for kids. I guess in summer you’d mostly use the outdoor table. Everything else was great! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
