Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area seamlessly flows into a fully equipped kitchen, making mealtimes a breeze. Modern appliances, generous bench space, and all the essential cookware ensure you have everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living space keeps things comfortable year-round.



Step through sliding doors into the covered alfresco area with a large timber table where you can gather for meals, while the Webber BBQ is ready for a classic Aussie cook-up. The fully enclosed garden provides a safe space for kids to play, allowing you to unwind in peace, plus a separate kids' lounge provides a cosy space to read or play games.



The thoughtfully styled bedrooms offer a restful retreat, each featuring a comfortable queen bed, quality linens, and elegant décor.
