“Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do.”

I booked the particular motel in KS over other choices because it had a hot tub. when I got there, it was not working and wouldn't be for some time. So, I chose this property on the way home because it had a hot tub in hopes to make up for the one I missed out on at the other place. I got to the property and this hot tub had water in it. “Pretty cool place”

“The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!”

“Very clean with excellent staff. Breakfast was good. Easy checkin/out. AC could be a bit cooler & the bed less noisy & lumpy but otherwise a great stay!”

“Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the gym was well maintained. The team mentioned that the pool is almost ready, and we’re looking forward to using it on our next visit.
