When I woke up in the first room and used/flushed the toilet, the toilet started singing and wouldn't stop. The management moved me to another room (right across the hall, actually) for the second night so no big inconvenience, but still. . .”

“Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was happy with the valet service. They were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful. Many spots to sit inside by the fireplace or outside. The room was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower. The bed was perfect.
