“We checked in Friday afternoon and immediately informed the front desk that we did not have HOT water in the sink they said they would have it fixed they did not Saturday morning we asked again to fix the hot water and the desk people said they would they did not Saturday afternoon housekeeping had not come to our room so I went to the desk and checked on that and I was told they would not clean the room until after 3 days unless we requested house cleaning daily I requested house cleaning daily...

“The front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive; poor customer service for the entirety of our two day stay. The room was clean enough but built up filth in the corners of the bathroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable; hard mattresses with very little padding and minimal bedding. Little to no sound proofing in the rooms. “The entire property is rundown and in need of major repairs and upgrades. The breakfast included was coffee, or was it coffee. If your trying to save a few bucks for an efficiency, look elsewhere and spend a few more bucks. The only positive for myself was the location.”

“Bare bones hotel but clean, quiet and no bad smells. There was a film of water that formed on the floor when we increased the temperature on the air conditioner from 70 degrees to 75 degrees.”

“Maybe I missed it during check in, but we had no housekeeping service during our 3 night stay. I am used to at least having beds done, even with no towel service. We did get clean towels on our second night and trash out, but no beds made. Not what I am used to and don't recall anything being shared about housekeeping. Overall, good location, price point and would stay here again.”

“We arrived to the property after driving 6 hours just to be told there was no one there to clean up our rooms we booked and no more rooms were available so we couldn’t stay there. We were never notified about this, we found out when we tried to check ourselves in. Mind you, we booked the rooms 2 months in advance. Luckily, we were able to find a room somewhere else , but to be turned around for an unfortunate circumstance like that was totally unacceptable. From the looks of it , this is a brand...
