“The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.”

“The room was not good. The office attendant was never there. There was mold on the shower curtain. The floor in the whole room was grimey The soap dish in the shower was all rusty and got all over the soap… It’s a cheap stay, and you get what you pay for. I felt safe at least! And the bedding wasn’t bad. The ac worked! The tv was hard to operate, but there was cable. Parking was easy.”

“From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. Thank you Lux Hotel.”
