“We just spent a week in a five star resort in Banff Park. We had a one night layover in Calgary and booked the Le Germain. The room was much bigger, newer, and much better appointed. My wife and I agreed it was the best designed hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The location, around the corner from a pedestrian mall street was great with bars and shops. The restaurant on the property was excellent. ”

We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
