“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“We loved the eclectic, unique rooms! The property is beautiful and a one of a kind. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are big and beautiful. The beds were all cozy and the a/c worked great. Our group had 3 rooms all together. The Diego, the Gabriella, and the other room on the 5th floor. The Diego was my favorite!”

“Best kept secret hotel. Brand new, extremely clean, great roof top pool and security guard at the door. Love the decor of the rooms and the rooftop which offered incredible views of the Romantic Zone. I would definitely recommend everyone. ”

“The hotel is very colorful and quiet despite the fact it's right at central area. 5 mins walks from the Pier, the beaches and close to all restaurants and bars. The hotel facility is clean, room is spacious and clean as well. Continental breakfast included. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend for anyone to stay here when travel to Puerto Vallarta.”

“What an amazing experience! From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was warmly greeted by two wonderful ladies. The room had everything I needed—comfortable king‑size bed, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee pods, teas, creamers, and a great shower with A/C. A continental breakfast was served every day from 9 a.m. onward. The location is perfect—close to everything yet away from the crowds. There's a funicular that takes you up the hill until 10 p.m. I will definitely stay there...

“Safe place for family, seniors & expats. Beach 'Los Muertos' is 2-3 blocks away. Walkable to restaurants, Malecon. I felt safe all the time. Uber was fast to move to further places, safe and way cheaper. Best Tacos Stand by 'Farmacia Guadalajara ' and best shrimp and cocktail/tostadas stand 'El Paisa' between corner of 'calle Libertad' and 'calle constitucion'.”
