“Clean room, friendly staff!”

“The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. ”

“Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else!”

“For the price we paid I’d say it was OK. The room was small but we only needed somewhere to sleep for a night. One problem is that, since was so hot and the air wasn’t running when we got to the room, when we turned the air on, the entire room was wet, even the spread on the bed was got damp. I suggest they turn the air in the rooms on when the temperature outside goes above a certain temp. That would help with the mugginess. “I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and the fan didn’t seem to be working correctly. It felt stifling like no air in the room.”
