“Property was nice, room was clean and what we expected. But the A/C was a constant problem. Ac eventually stopped working so we were moved to a different room and that a/c was so noisy we have to turn it off cause we couldn’t even hear the TV and we certainly were not going to be able to sleep. A few hot sleepless nights def contributed to a lousy experience”

“Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. “Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. “The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time.”

“Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out.”
