“Room was clean, housekeeping was readily available. Breakfast had a lot of options. My only nit pick is there isn’t a travel desk or hotel concierge and we were asked to speak with taxi drivers directly to plan any trips. The restaurant staff was overall nice, but some of them seemed a bit over-eager to please and when asked for vegan options, pointed us to food that wasn’t really vegan, without checking with the chef, or requesting clarification what vegan really means. “Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor”
