The Space:

This two-bedroom townhouse in Boquerón sleeps up to 12 guests and sits just minutes from the ocean. With a shared pool, private balcony, and bunk bed setups in both rooms, it's built for families and friend groups who want beach access, outdoor space, and room to spread out without the resort price tag.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms feature two twin-over-full bunk beds, giving everyone their own sleeping spot while keeping the group together under one roof. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, and air conditioning keeps things comfortable after a day in the sun. The bathroom has a shower and comes stocked with towels and essentials.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living room centers around a sectional sofa and Smart TV—great for movie nights or lazy mornings before heading to the beach. In the kitchen, you'll find a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and freezer, plus all the cookware, dishes, and basics you need to make breakfast or grill-prep. The dining table seats the whole crew for meals or game nights.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private balcony offers a quiet spot for morning coffee or sunset views. Down below, the shared pool is open year-round, and the BBQ area with outdoor dining setup makes it easy to cook and eat outside. Outdoor furniture surrounds the pool, so there's always a place to lounge between swims.

Families can request a travel crib or high chair at no extra charge. One dog is welcome for a $70 fee. For stays longer than a week, you'll have access to the shared washer-dryer inside the building. Note that the unit does not include Wi-Fi, and you'll need to bring your own disposable plates and cups, plus a frying pan if you plan to use one. The good news: Sunday checkouts are flexible—stay until Monday at no extra cost.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
