The Space:

Dream Villa is a bright and serene 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat located in Las Casitas de Boquerón, a charming coastal community featuring a refreshing pool. Just a short 5-minute walk from the lively Poblado de Boquerón, you’ll be close to colorful restaurants, artisan shops, local bars, and the beautiful Playa Boquerón.



Inside, this modern and beachy apartment is filled with natural light and relaxing coastal touches that create a soothing atmosphere. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for carefree vacation living. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests in two plush queen beds and is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool after sunny days outdoors.



Step outside and unwind by the shared community pool surrounded by loungers—a perfect spot to recharge before heading out to explore Cabo Rojo.



Whether you’re planning a peaceful beach escape or a relaxed getaway with friends, Dream Villa blends comfort, style, and coastal charm in one of Puerto Rico’s most beloved seaside towns.





LIVING AREA



Step into a light and airy living space with beach-inspired décor and a cozy sofa—ideal for lounging after a day in the sun. Enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV or simply relax in the cool, air-conditioned comfort. The living area opens to a private terrace.





KITCHEN



The modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry, a breakfast bar with seating, and all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It includes a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and full-size refrigerator/freezer—everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or quick beach snacks.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Dream Villa accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom:



- Bedroom: 2 Plush queen-size beds



- Bathroom: Modern full bathroom with a walk-in shower



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)



We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



Dream Villa includes parking for one (1) car.



**Renting a car is a must if staying outside of the San Juan/Metro area as Ubers and Taxis are not readily available in the Cabo Rojo area.**





LOCATION



There are many things to do in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. This part of the island is best known for it’s amazing beaches and delicious restaurants. Here are our top picks of things to do:



Visit the town center of Boquerón—just an 8–10 minute walk from Dream Villa. This vibrant beach town is full of great flair, with a wide array of bars and restaurants all within walking distance, plus local artisans showcasing their crafts along the way.



Relax in the most popular beaches in the area. Some of our favorites include: El Balneario de Boquerón Beach, Combate Beach, and Buyé Beach.



Visit the famous “Las Salinas” or The Salt Flats, which are one of the best and most visually interesting natural treasures in Puerto Rico. The flats are modified for the production of salt.



Relax in the most popular beaches in the area. Some of our favorites include: El Balneario de Boquerón Beach, Combate Beach, and Buyé Beach.



Rent Jet Skis at Boquerón Aquamarine Adventures.



Explore the large selection of local restaurants. Some of our favorites include: Annie’s Place, Los Remos, Buena Vibra and El Varadero.



For the adventurer, Reserva Natural Guaniquilla is just a short drive away, offering scenic hiking and walking trails. If you’re into cycling, mountain biking trails are only 4 minutes away by car—perfect for those seeking a more active experience.

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge

- A small amount of laundry detergent



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
