The Space:

This two-bedroom townhouse in Pole Ojea sleeps up to six guests and sits just a short walk from both the ocean and the lively town center. The shared year-round pool and colorful outdoor dining balcony make it easy to enjoy the island lifestyle without leaving home base.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are designed with families and groups in mind.

- Bedroom 1 features a twin-over-full bunk bed with playful decor and plenty of floor space for kids to spread out.

- Bedroom 2 offers a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk, sleeping up to five.

A high chair and pack 'n play are available on request. The townhouse has one full bathroom.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living room is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for movie nights or downtime. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, and the adjacent dining table seats everyone together. When you're ready for some friendly competition, head to the game area where a pool table and ping pong table await.



Outdoor Amenities

Step out onto the vibrant balcony to dine al fresco surrounded by colorful furniture and tropical energy. The shared pool is open all year, so you can cool off anytime. The townhouse is on the second floor and accessed by stairs.

Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable, and the washer and dryer in the shared laundry area mean you can pack light. There's a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on email, plus free parking on the premises. One small pet is welcome for a $70 fee. Please note that this property does not have Wi-Fi or internet service. Sunday checkouts are flexible — you're welcome to stay until Monday at no extra charge.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- One small pet is allowed at this property with a $70 USD fee.

- Disposable items: Please note guests must bring their own disposable cups and plates.
