Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all the clubhouse amenities, which include a complete workout room, community pool, tennis court, game room, and fitness center.

Additionally, our guests can take advantage of a Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort's Beach Club and Pool. It's a fantastic way to spend a day at the beach while also enjoying the resort's facilities. Please inquire about our special rate. No reservation is needed, but we do recommend arriving early at the resort to ensure availability. Note: This is a third-party offering, and access is subject to the resort's availability and capacity

Vista Vela is a newly-built, luxury gated community conveniently located just a 5-minute walk behind Costco. You're also less than a 10-minute drive from Walmart, the popular Medano Beach, downtown Cabo San Lucas, and the Marina. These include three large pools with breathtaking ocean views, a tennis court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a fully-equipped entertainment area complete with a BBQ grill. Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

However, if you're looking to enjoy stunning views, top-notch amenities, and a prime location, Vista Vela is an excellent choice.

Please note, according to community rules and regulations, the maximum occupancy for this condo is 4 guests and cannot be exceeded at any time. Additional guests beyond the maximum are not permitted. Reservations that arrive with more guests than those booked and registered will be denied check-in. Daytime visitors are welcome, provided the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. A $250 USD fine will be applied for violations of this rule.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
