The condo features three bedrooms, each with a King-size bed and a private full bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The living area and terrace provide comfortable spaces to relax, while the private rooftop is the highlight of the property—unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi, lounge on stylish outdoor furniture, and take in breathtaking sunsets, ocean views, and a direct view of Cabo’s iconic Arch, creating the perfect setting for mornings with coffee or evenings with a glass of wine.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
