Diego offers everything in the studio, in addition to the opportunity to rent independently of Frida, as it has a full kitchen and breakfast bar.

WiFi modem is in common area to copy key.

We ask that you listen to your music at the same level that other guests listen to their own music.

Our alarm system is the neighbor's pet, barking when someone enters our apartments.

We appreciate you keeping the common areas clean 24/7.

Collector collects garbage bags from the sidewalk on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Our sinks do not have a garbage disposal (only request an organic box).

We only have one key to each apartment for your security.
