The Space:

This one-bedroom beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps two and puts you steps from the sand in Cabo San Lucas. The biggest draw? You're on an expansive beach with direct access, yet just a 5-minute walk from Playa Grande and an easy stroll to the marina, downtown bars, restaurants, and shops. Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay, you'll have everything you need to settle in and enjoy Cabo at your own pace.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The bedroom features a king bed with quality linens, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom has a dual vanity, giving you space to spread out and get ready for the day.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with calming colors, natural wood accents, and comfortable furnishings that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the space with natural light — relax on the sofa and stream something on the Smart TV, or step through to the private patio where a gas BBQ and dining table wait with ocean views. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and blender, plus a mini fridge by the patio doors — perfect for keeping drinks cold while you're grilling outside.



Outdoor Amenities

From your patio, step down onto the sand and walk straight to the water. The resort offers two shared pools, including an oceanfront option with umbrellas and loungers, plus an onsite gym. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM.



Good To Know

The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. Long-term stays are welcome, so you can stay as long as you like.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access with other guests to the complex's common areas.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)

- Parking available for ONE vehicle per unit - parking pass required

- Pool and common areas have their own rules and hours to follow

You’ll stop at the lobby to get checked in. Guests must send flight details and estimated time of arrival (ETA) ahead of time please.
