Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include, but are not limited to: pool and jacuzzi with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults, making it perfect for families and groups.

We would like to bring to your attention that there may be construction activities taking place during the day. Regular times are 9 to 5 pm and 9:00 to 1 pm on Saturdays.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations; however, an additional refundable security deposit for each month may apply. Please confirm the exact amount before booking.

Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.
