To make sure you feel well taken care of, a dedicated villa manager will be at your service from the moment you book until the day of your departure, readily available to help plan your stay. Also, the villa includes daily housekeeping (except Sundays), a concierge for any questions, and add-on services available.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and its grand amenities. Palmaritos 6 is in Cabo del Sol, an exclusive private community within one of the best golf courses and a clubhouse with the best Sunday brunch in Cabo. Reservations are recommended. Also, you have access to the restaurants and spas at the Grand Fiesta Americana or Sheraton, which are in the same development.
The Neighborhood:
Cabo del Sol is a private community next to a stunning seaside golf course with a laid-back vibe and luxurious surroundings and views. Enjoy nearby fine dining, local shops, and the allure of ocean views and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa, and still be just a 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation. Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 37 km | 23 miles away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking for 2 vehicles at the property.

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Guests need to be able to climb stairs at the villa.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- A security deposit might be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking site used to make the reservation. It is refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding fines.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
