Brand new PH, located in Tower 3 of the exclusive Alvar development at Quivira, offers a unique combination of luxury, privacy, and access to world-class amenities.



The Space:

Positioned as the most secluded unit in the tower and the only south-facing residence, it enjoys sunlight throughout the day and is just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The home also benefits from its proximity to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Quivira Golf Course, ranked among Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses and the top ten Nicklaus designs. As a guest, you can take advantage of a 25% discount on green fees and enjoy its location just steps from the 18th green. Guests also have access to the community’s restaurants, including The Quivira Steakhouse, and all the restaurants at Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito, and Montecristo with 20% discount.



This condo is located on the second floor, offering an expansive 3,300 square feet of total living space, including 2,700 square feet of interior space and a 900-square-foot terrace. It features a heated splash pool which comfortably accommodates 5 guests.



Inside, the home boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three of these bedrooms face the ocean, and the home sleeps up to eight guests with two king beds, one queen Murphy bed and two full beds. The property features a whole-house water filtration system, providing zero-bacteria drinking water directly from the tap. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, high-speed mesh Wi-Fi throughout, and easy keypad access for convenience and security.
