Benvenuti a 'Casa de Benditas' (spagnolo per Casa delle Benedizioni) che è un 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni Attico nel cuore di Cabo San Lucas nel prestigioso gated community di Pedregal- la Beverly Hills di Messico. Casa de Benditas trova in cima alla dab Pedregal montagna nel bel mezzo del Mar di Cortez e l'Oceano Pacifico. Niente ma la perfezione! Godetevi le mozzafiato, senza ostacoli viste panoramiche sulla città di Cabo San Lucas, la Marina, navi da crociera e il Mar di Cortez mentre vi rilassate nella brezza di montagna del vostro molto proprio attico privato.

Solo un breve volo da principali hub statunitensi, Los Cabos (San Jose del Cabo e Cabo San Lucas) è situato alla punta più meridionale della penisola di Baja. Circondato da miglia di deserto drammatico terreni a nord, il Mare incontaminato di Cortez in Oriente e il Pacifico ad ovest, Los Cabos gode di sole tutto l'anno e isola come isolamento dalla terraferma del Messico. Che si tratti di camminare al Bistro francese di Organic Farmer Market & Spa all'ingresso del Pedregal o camminare in città per la Marina di noleggiare una barca, snorkeling, nuotare con i delfini o semplicemente negozio o cenare, non vi è alcun limite alla vostra visione del paradiso !

Vogliono restare a casa a Pedregal? Godetevi Las Cascadas '(Sviluppo) Piscina a sfioramento, idromassaggio o bar-b-que sul ponte e avere la propria cena con vista sul Mar di Cortez. Non rilassante abbastanza? Vai al boschetto spiaggia privata e di cocco si affaccia sull'Oceano Pacifico che solo si ha accesso a un residente Pedregal. Beautiful view, nice amenities

We could see whales from the balcony and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hosts were very responsive and we even used the snorkel gear which was great for the beach!

BEST CHRISTMAS VACATION

Most amazing CABO vacation ever!!! The Pent House @ Las Cascadas Pedregal was breathtaking! Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed for our family during this perfect week of Christmas. Location is perfect for all the excursions and adventures; convenient to walking to Marina and also Pedregal Beach. We are definitely planning to return to our now FAVORITE vacation spot!

Stunning view

It was a great stay with the ability to make our own meals and lounge over coffee in the morning with a panoramic view of Cabo San Lucas/downtown. Once you find this property, it’s worth it. Took advantage of the pools and gym. We got a lot of walking in and is about a 15 minute walk downtown/marina. Relaxing stay. Ask host for a parking spot.

What a view!

Booked for Family Vacation with now young adult children and the partners. The view from the penthouse is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Nice relaxed quiet atmosphere, clean pools and great views. The owner was very attentive... had a small problem with the blender and literally within 30 minutes someone was there with a brand new in the box blender. Getting transportation into town with Uber / cabs was easy as well. Only suggestion is if you plan on walking into town or to the Pacific side bring good shoes. Those great views come with steep hills that aren't great in Birkenstocks.

Million dollar view

We stayed at the property in December 2022. The Pedregal community is 5-star and very secure. The condo is well furnished and the view is incredible. There are 2 pools for your use an elevator ride away. . Downtown is a 20 minute walk to the edge and 30 minutes on foot will get you anywhere you need to be. The hosts are great folks and very helpful. Highly recommended, you'll be glad you stayed there.

Beautiful Pedegral!

Property was stunning and exactly as advertised with gorgeous view. Lyle was very helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed. It should be noted there is a fair bit of construction going on in Pedegral and that can create a lot of daytime noise. If you are away from the property in the day, you'd never notice. But, if you're spending a lot of time on site, be prepared. It isn't the fault of the property or Lyle - Pedegral is just growing like crazy and it is part of the process. Thank you to Lyle for the great stay and helping us out!

Spacious with great views...

Great views of the Marina and Sea of Cortez, in a gated community. We enjoyed lovely morning walks though the hills of Pedregal, with the private beach only a 15 minute walk away. The penthouse was clean and spacious. The pool area was great for cooling off and sunbathing. All common areas were well kept. Please note, the only reason "Check-in process" and "Communication with Property Manager" are marked as "1 star" is: Kyle & Kereth gave me the access code and I didn't receive anything from VRBO with regards to check-in - we just gave our information at the gate and proceeded to the Condo. In that respect "Check-in" was a 5 for ease!! We had no communication with the Property Manager so I can not rate this section. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you to Lyle & Kereth for adding this experience to our vacation.

Breathtaking Views

This property is awesome! The location is a bit of a hike if on foot. Better to take Uber for $2.50 US everywhere in Cabo from this location. The condo itself is beautiful and very well equipped. They know what they are doing when they give you plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, even alcohol which we didn't use. The neighbors are nice as well. Free parking if you rent a car. Two "issues" that renters should be aware of. 1) The noise from DT Cabo comes up the canyon and goes on until 5 AM every night. This is a non-issue unless you are trying to sleep in the master bedroom as the bass noise comes through the windows. 2) The "third bedroom" is separated from the hallway with a curtain. It is shown in the pictures so they are not hiding anything. Please realize that under most circumstances you will need to sleep with eyeshades and earplugs in that space. That said, if you are out partying all night or don't mind some noise coming from DT into the wee hours of the morning, the views and the property is well worth it. Great pool as well. They sent our deposit back in full as well. The hosts were great and responsive. We felt safe on and off the property.

2nd time to stay and LOVE IT! Large, airy, clean and has everything you need. Quiet and pleasant with view over Cabo that can't be beat! For restaurants and bars....Easy walk into Mariana in Cabo and can also walk to Madano Beach. Suggest a cab back up to Condo - going up is a little tiresome....but Taxi can be done for $20 This place is definitely worth it and a home run!

I've been to Cabo a bunch of times. This is an amazing place. It is clean, quiet, safe, well equipped, and has one of the best views in Cabo. It's a 15 minute walk to the center of town. It's a little longer going back because it's a steep climb getting back. If you have any mobility issues at all, the hills will be a problem, up or down. There is a parking space, so you might consider renting a car. We had a problem getting access to the condo when we got there because the management company was "at lunch". We were two couples, and there are two master suites, and a couple extra beds in an open area, suitable for kids. Overall, a great place.

Great Location, walking distance to the Marina and beaches

I have stayed in a 2 bedroom unit within this complex previously and love the location as well as views from the property so we chose to stay here again. This 3 bedroom unit is great as it is on the top floor with the best views and nobody can be heard from above. Upon staying in the unit you can tell it has been a rental for awhile as things are showing their wear but still this did not affect our trip. There were 6 adults in our group. We knew the 3rd bedroom had twins which we were fine with. However, we were not expecting an open room with curtains from wall to wall separating the room from the hallway. Some may be ok with this setup however we were unaware of this at the time of booking which caught us off guard. We were expecting 3 private bedrooms. Overall a great trip! Never a bad day in Cabo. Important tip for future renters be sure to go to Cabourritos down the road. They have the best breakfast burritos in town.

Having stayed at many properties all over the world through homeaway and other vacation rentals, this property was one of the best that I have ever stayed at. As soon as you enter and see the view you already know that your vacation will go amazing. Beautifully decorated and pretty much perfect penthouse. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and we pretty much had it ourselves the entire trip. The staff and condo security were top notch. Having stayed in pedregal before at other properties, this one was the best and would highly highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Cabo. I would suggest only one thing to the owner and that is to get a safe for passport and other things to be put In a safe. Besides that it’s absolutely a perfect place for a get way.
