This beautiful 2-bedroom condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6 guests, having a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and a Twin bed in the second bedroom and a Roll away bed. There are two full bathrooms, both with hair dryers. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs, eat inside at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the spacious wrap around patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room with free Netflix. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.

In the Lobby of the building, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. If you prefer the beach, a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. This condo is located on the fourth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. For your convenience there is a 3-machine coin/op Washer and Dryer located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings.
