Il personale attento e competente agevola il check-in e il check out, il servizio al ristorante di buona qualità in linea con gli standard Filippini propone piatti tipici cucinati al momento,per questo è richiesto un minimo di attesa. Si può usufruire di un servizio di noleggio scooter, con un prezzo un po’ sopra la media ( 600 php 24 ore) comunque necessario perché un po’ fuori mano. “Positives: The room had an amazing sunrise, the breakfast area and breakfast food was amazing. The patio area was nice to sit and do some journal entries. We were able to park our rental car in front with no issue. It was a short 15 minute drive to the Oslob whale shark site. Negatives: The room shower smelled very very bad, we didnt even use it. “If you are planning to go to Kawasan Falls. This is the place to stay and you can book Canyoneering with the hotel. Even though!our check out was at noon, they accomodated us to shower at the hotel room after the canyoneering. Very convenient that we took a 7am trip and could leave our things at the hotel room as they said it was okay.”

“Ottimo hotel, niente da reclamare, posizione tranquilla e riservata, servizio massaggi e escursioni ( anche se non ha senso prenotarle in hotel, visto la miriade di persone che ti offrono escursioni a buon prezzo ) piscina aperta fino alle 22:00,i prezzi del ristorante sono buoni e la cucina è ottima, il personale è cortese e disponibilissimo. Il noleggio di un mezzo di trasporto è d’obbligo vista la posizione un po’ riservata dell’hotel. ”

“I'd avoid booking here. It is nothing like the pictures. The room and restroom were dirty and there were stains on the walls. The pool was dirty. They also have no restaurant as advertised. The owner was very disrespectful when I spoke with him over the phone. I do not recommend.”
