“Great neighborhood location.
Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower.
Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins.
Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away.
Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.)
Highly recommended.”

“Excellent choice for B&B. Clean updated rooms and facilities in a 1904 structure. Great communication and customer service. Easy walk to shops and dining on College Ave. Highly recommend.”

“This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!”
